The Vintage Room, a unique dining experience offered only on board Crystal Symphony and Crystal Serenity, was created specifically for those who appreciate fine wines.  Food and Wine At Sea guests will have the exclusive opportunity to experience this unparalleled culinary journey en an intimate setting: a Vintage Room dinner is served to a maximum of only 14 guests.  The unique feature of this extraordinary Vintage Room dine experience is that the wines are personally selected from Crystal Cruises’ extensive wine list, then a unique menu is crafted by Crystal’s chef de cuisine to complement the vintages chosen.  During the evening, the Head Sommelier offers complete wine tasting notes to enrich each course and each guest’s Vintage Room experience.
